In my 9 months as a USGA Boatwright Marketing and communications intern, I wrote nearly 30 articles published on the Arkansas State Golf Association website. The articles included various multimedia elements including links, images, and social media posts to supplement the written work. You can check out the articles HERE
Social Media
I took over the Arkansas State Golf Association's Instagram and Twitter accounts on May 30, 2023. Nearly all activity on both accounts between that date and February 7, 2024, was created and uploaded by me. On these accounts, I posted promotional flyers, which I created, graphics of tournament winners, interviews with players, and Instagram stories during events to keep our followers engaged. Interviews
I filmed and conducted interviews with players to be posted on social media platforms and used in recap articles throughout my time with the Arkansas Golf Association. Below are a few examples. View the rest on our social media pages, linked above.
Graphic Design
I designed many graphics using Canva software. These included promotional flyers to be promoted via social media and email newsletter, Banners and handouts for events, and posts to celebrate our tournament winners and USGA qualifiers. I've included a few examples below.
